Lewihe Play belt grip for X carriage AKA 'Bad boy'

This Is An Alternate X Carriage For A Better/Easier Belt Grip. In A Corexy Printer, A Balanced Belt Tension Is Essential. I Felt A Bit Difficult To Do This Task With The Factory Part. I Designed This To Be Able To Pre-Tensioning With Ease. By The Way You Can Add Something More Like A Cable Clamp, Led Support, Belt Securing With Some Screw/Washer, Etc. I Like More This Part Than The Factory One, It Was Cool, But I Like To Do Things On My Own Way. When The Pic Was Taken I Wasn'T Wearing My Glasses And Fitted The Right Upper Belt The Wrong Way Heheh... I Was Wondering Why It Was So Hard To Push It Inside.... Remember, In A Corexy Setup All The Belts Have Its Teeth In The Same Direction On The Extruder Part. Recommended Printing Abs At Least 0.4Mm Nozzle And 0.2Mm Layer. Update (30-May-2016): New Pics. Update (22-May-2016): For Those Of You Having Problems Inserting The Wires I Have Enhanced/Widened The Internal Wormhole. Now Wire Inserting Is A Breeze... Update (10-May-2016): Ok Ok. Increased Wormhole Dimensions. Changed Pivot To Include A Hole For The Zip Ties. Anything More? Update (18-May-2016): Added A New Model With Wormholes To Conduct Inwards The Fan Wires To A Top Pivot Where A Zip Tie Can Be Used To Attach All Cables In A Cleaner Design (Extruder Fan & Layer Fan). Doesn'T Need Support. Otherwise Similar To The Previous Model. I Am Planning A Little Update To My Setup Using Igus Drylin Rjmp-01-06 (Lm6Uu Type) To Try To Make The Whole Thing Less Noisy And Have Also Taken The Time To Enhance This. I Am Also Printing All The X Carriage And Extruder Parts In Black Abs Because While Working/Messing With The Machine I Always Stain My Nice Shiny White Parts, So That Being Black I Hope That Future Stains Will Be Less Visible. It'S A Pity That Shiny White Parts Only Have That Wonderful Look The First Few Days Of Work... Hint: You Can Use Some Nylon Thread As A Guide To Conduct The Wires Along The Wormholes, Just In Case. Although Fan Wires Are Usually Thin Enough To Be Entered Manually Into The Wormholes. I Put The Pivot Away From The Bowden Adapter To Keep Separate The Wires And The Ptfe Tube, This Way You Can Operate The Tube/Bowden Without Messing With The Wires. Remember You Will Deal Much More With The Tube Than The Wires, So Keep Them Away And Secure. Wires And Ptfe Tube Follow Separate Ways In My Setup Due To This Reason.
