Normal/Heavy Duty Razor Blade Scraper
Description
All The Scrapers I Printed/Used Broke Rather Easily. Or The Blades Would Just Fall Out. So Far This One Is Holding Up Quite Well, But Time Will Tell. Just Slide In The Razor Blade From The Side. I Am Using Blades From American Safety Razor Company, These Are Slightly Thicker, Stronger, Sharper Than The Cheap Blades. If You Have The Thicker Blades, Use The Heavy Duty Model. If You'Re Wanting Some Awesome Blades, Buy These! Note: I Think It'S Okay For The Blade To Wiggle A Little Bit If It Turns Out That Yours Does. Upon Scraping The Pressure Seems To Lock The Blade In Place. You Could Probably Superglue In A Blade If You Wanted To. These Print Pretty Fast Due To The Thin Walls. The Shape Gives The Scraper Additional Strength. My Fan Is Currently Not Working To Help Cool The Pla As It Prints. When Doing Small Prints Like This It Doesn'T Cool Fast Enough Without It. So These Last Couple Of Prints Don'T Look The Best In The Overhang Areas. Printed In Pla At .27 60% Infill
