It'S An Arm Band Bracelet, With A Tribal Tattoo Touch To It Due To Its Color And Design. I Designed It To Play Around With Pla Parts Flexibility And Boundaries Regarding Printing Without Supports. The Result Came Out Great. It Looks Very Commercial In A Good Way, Like Something You'D Buy At An Accessorize Shop. It Should Snap Onto Your Arm (Upper Arm Or Lower, Depends On Preference) So I Would Recommend Scaling The Part In Advance To Printing After Measuring Your Arm (With A Ruler Or A Caliper Perhaps).
