Possibly Due To Some Problems With The Filament. I Added A Reinforced Version Of The Dampeners Now: 25 Mm Depth (From 20 Mm), And 15 Mm Spacing In Between The Upper And Lower Part (From 12 Mm). Should Give Quite Some Tolerance If You Have Problems. **My Recommendation: If You Print In Petg Or Abs, Use The Standard Version.
