A Fairtrade Cookie Cutter And Stamp. This Is How You Make The Cookies: Make A Light Colored Dough Suitable To Be Cut With The Cutter. Put On Baking Paper And Roll Thin. Stamp The Logos In A Grid Like Pattern And Remove The Access Dough, Leaving Just The Logos. Bake That. When It'S Done, Let It Cool. Leave The Logos On The Paper For Now. Melt Chocolate, And Pour It Over The Logos, Covering Them Maybe 1/8" (3Mm) Deep. Let This Cool Until The Chocolate Has Cured, But Is Still Slightly Soft. Put New Baking Paper Over It, Then A Cutting Board Or Some Such, And Turn Everything Over (Courage Needed). Remove The Original Baking Paper - You Should See The Baked Dough Logos Embedded In The Chocolate. Use A Pizza Roller To Cut The Chocolate Between The Cookies, But Leave Room For The Letters. Then Use Either Stamp To Press The Letters Into The Chocolate Under Each Logo. Let All This Cool Overnight. Use The Cookies To Educate People About Fairtrade!
