These Are Trigger Button Extenders For The Playstation 4 Controller That I'D Made For A Friend Of Mine Who Has Muscular Dystrophy. There Are Two Different Kinds To Suit Your Needs. I Have Not Tested These On An Actual Ps4 Controller Yet, As I Don'T Actually Have One, So If I Need To Make Changes Please Let Me Know. They Are Designed To Be Glued Or Double Sided Taped To The Controller Button. Hope It Works For You. Nick
