LED TV mount support for VESA 200mm
Description
This Is My First Design From Scratch. It'S Made To Support A 32" Led Tv With Vesa 200Mm. It Weights About 20Lbs (The Tv..) It'S Up To You If You Want To Use It, I'M Not Responsible For Any Fallen Tvs ;). I Had To Cut It In 4 Main Pieces So It Fits My Printer Bed Of 200X200. I Tested It By Applying A Moderate Down Pulling Force On The Tv While Mounted And I Didn'T Hear Any Weird Sound So I'M Pretty Sure It'S Safe, Or Maybe Almost Sure. Don'T Apply Much Horizontal Pulling Force, I'M Pretty Sure It'S Not Gonna Be Good. It'S Designed To Be Strong Vertically. It'S Been On The Wall For 1 Week On June 13Th And Still No Scary Noises When Pulling Down Moderately. Everything Seems Ok. I Used Only The Two Top Screws For Attaching To The Wall, You Can Use The Two Bottom Ones In Addition For More Sturdiness. I Used 16 M3 Screws And Nuts + Glue To Secure The Parts Together. The Screws I Used In The Wall Were Coming With Another Tv Support Bought From The Store A While Ago. Don'T Forget To Use Attachment Plugs In The Gypsum Walls For Extra Strength. I Also Put Some Soft Auto-Sticking Pads Behind The Support To Make Sure The Tv Screws Don'T Scratch The Wall During Installation. It Took About 120G Of Pla To Make All The Parts. Please Note That The Part That'S Going On The Tv Isn'T Totally Flat, The Cross In The Middle Is 1.2Mm Over The Lips. It Wasn'T A Problem For Me Since The Tv Screwing Sockets Were A Little Higher Than The Flat Surface. Just Ask Me If You Need It To Be Flat, I'Ll Modify The Files For You.
