A Light Duty Key Designed To Be Used Where A Hose Clamp Is Taken Off Or On Frequently In Low Temperature Conditions . Printed The Round Portion At 40%. Faster Speed Will Make Hole Smaller. I Used A 5/16" Drill Bit And/Or Rotary Tool For Internal Cleanup. Captive Handle; Line Up Hex Sides & Push Captive Key On Hose Clamp Nut. May Need Some Effort To Do This. Tap Into Place Before First Use. Some Clamp Ends Stick Up & Tend To Push The Key Off. Reforming The End Into A Tighter Circle May Solve This Issue. Key End May Be Custom Fitted After Placing In Boiling Water. Crazy Glue Will Make Both Keys Very Secure. There Are Many Variables With The Nut Shape, Etc. So You Will Have To Work With It To Fit Your Needs. 2.16.2017 Just Printed Each Individually With No Issues. Pla With 0.1 Mm Between 250 Degree Hot End And A Cold Table, A Shot Of Hd Hair Spray, 2 Skirt Loops, 30% Infill, 0.2Mm Layers, 0.3 Mm Shell, 80% Speed For The First 14.0Mm And 40% Speed For The Balance Of Print.
