Wanhao i3 plunge_mount for 3mm adjustment screw with fixed nut
Description
This Remix Is Made Of Two Reasons. First Is For The Adjuster Screw To Align Better To The Tip Of The Switch Lever. Second, The Other Is To Use An Adjustment Screw With A Fixed Nut. The Nut Fits Really Tight And Pliers Or Similar Has To Be Used To Get It In Place. Nut Is Moved To Top Side (Before It Was Under). No Spring Has To Be Used. The Hole For The Screw Is Also Tight And The Screw Is Not Wobbling. I Also Made The "Track" 1.5Mm (2.5Mm Before) Wide To Sit Tighter On The Frame For Both Parts (Plunge And Switch Mount). One Tip Is To File The Tip Of The Screw So That It Is Flat, They Are Rarely Flat. Creds Go To @Goopyplastic For The Original Design. Update: 23 January 2017 New Stl File For The Part With The Adjustment Screw And Nut. The Previous File Was Not Correct. I Have Just Printed It And Is Using That Print On My Own Printer At The Moment. The New File Is Named "V2".
