Drag chain aligner for vslot
Description
The Drag Chain I Have On My Ox Cnc Is Slightly Arching, So I Made This Bracket To Help Keeping It Straight. The Bracket Is Made To Fit On A Vslot 2040 Profile, And My Drag Chain Is 50 Mm Wide. I Made Two Versions. One Is Made To Sit Center On A 2040. It Is Held In Place With T-Nuts In The Profile, And Will Therefore Also Fit Other Profiles Than 2040. After I Printed The One In The Photo, I Went Back And Counter Sunk The Screw Wholes. But As I Did Not Mount The Drag Chain So That It Is Centered On The Vslot Profile, I Made A Second Version That Is Equally Offset (I Mounted The Chain Directly In One Of The Wholes That Are In It). For This Version I Dropped The Idea With The T Nut, And Instead The Bracket Is Made To Grab Around The Vslot. Therefore This Bracket Will Only Fit A 2040 Profile. I Kept The Wholes For The Screws Just In Case, But The Bracket Sits Quite Snug, So I Will Need Them.
