Description
This Is A Customizable Generator Of Standoff To Mount Two Lead Leds Above A Pcb. I Find It More Convenient Than Ordering Them From Digikey (E.G. Part Number 36-7363-Nd) Because I Can Easily Iterate Tweak The Dimensions, Printing Them Myself. I Am Printing Them In Abs, Using A Flashforge Creator Pro With Pei Build Surface And Simplify 3D. Because Of The Small Size Of These Standoffs, I Am Getting Much Better Result When Printing Few Of Them At Once, Because It Allows More Cooling Time Between Printing Each Layer. If I Try To Print Only A Single One, All I Get Is An Unusable Blob Of Abs.
