Replica Vintage Lanterns From The 60'S. I Created These As I Was Having Issues Slicing And Printing The Lamp Shades Created By Mxfaiman. I Don'T Think It Is Related To How The Models Were Created, However Slic3R Can Have Issues Rendering Several Simple Cubes. These Designs Feature Printing Angles That Most Printers Should Be Capable Of. The Lamp Shades Are Printed In Two Parts. Part B Is Printed On Top Of Part A Without Removing It From The Build Plate. All That Is Removed Between Prints Is The Brim And The Placement Border. These Replica Shades Are Not Made To Any Scale Or To Fit C9 Light Strings. I Will Be Creating Lamp Holders And Hangers For These Soon So Bulk Leds Can Be Used. I Am Planning To Use Gel Quick Connect Crimps, A Reel Of Bulk Green Wire And Nylon Cord To String Them Up. I Created These Models From Scratch In Openscad Over A Few Months. I Will Be Making A Few More Designs Once I Learn How To Emulate Them.
