PTFE Tube Surface Clamp
Description
A Quick And Dirty Surface Mount Clamp For 4Mm Od/2Mm Id Ptfe Tubing. I'M Building An Ikea Lack Table Enclosure For My Wanhao Duplicator I3 And Wanted Something To Cleanly Pass Filament In From The Top, So I Just Drilled A Couple Of Holes And Ran Some Spare Bowden Ptfe Tubing Through. It Was Quickly Apparently That It Wasn'T Going To Stay In Place, So I Sketched This One Up In Tinkercad (Where You Can Go To Edit It If You Think You Can Improve It, See Below) And It Works Like A Charm. I Have One On The Table Top And One Underneath So The Tube Isn'T Going Anywhere, No Matter How Incompetently I Jam Filament Into It. I Used An M3-12Mm Screw And Nylock To Clamp It Down. It Could Probably Be Improved By Making The "Free" End Come Off At The Appropriate Angle Instead Of Straight, But I Was Too Lazy To Actually Do That Calculation.
