Hello Inmoov Starters, This Finger Starter Project Is A Remix From Different "Things". - First: It'S A Redesign From Gaël'S His Finger Starter Kit. Http://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:1052776 The Difference Between Gaël'S Design And My, This One Is A Bit Longer To Get A Option To Use A Spring In Line. This Spring Gives The Option To Safe The Servo Mechanical Way When The Finger Is Pulling. With The Spring It'S A Option To Use Smaller Servo'S Like The Cs238Mg. These Are Strong Enough And The Total Weights Are Half Of The Weight From A Standard Servo ! This Is A Nice Future Because Each Extra Weight In The Inmoov Arm Is To Much ! I'Ve Included Two Different Size Of Pulley'S. (Both Are The Same, Only The Cave To Mount The Pulley To The Servo Is Different.) Cs238Mg Servo'S Are Using M2.5 ! And A Standard Servo Is M3. Hitec/Futaba Spline 25 Teeth Based. These Pulley'S Are Working Like Mats Double Track Pulley'S. Only I'M Using A Single Track And My Pulley'S Are Not Symmetric ! The Reason Why I Use These Not Symmetric Setup, Is To Get A Lower Power Use From The Servo. When The Finger Is Getting Closer And Closer, The Pulley Is Getting Smaller And Smaller.... This Means, When The Finger Is Closed, The Pulley Is Small And This Gives A Better Power Use Form A Servo. The Sc238Mg Servo Is Mounted With Two M3 X 8Mm Screws. The Arduino Is Mounted With M3 X 6Mm Screws.
