For A Long Time I Have Been Trying To Engage My Children In Robotics Hobby. Arduino Cars And Other Similar Toys Are Forgotten Long Time Ago And Do Not Attract Their Attention Any More. I Was Going To Start My Next Run In Robot'S Category And When I Found Florin'S Robot Arm I Was Really Inspired To Continue My Work In This Direction. And No Wander That I Started From His Design, Professionally Engineered And Looks Really Great. Thanks Florin For Your Good Work And Files Your Shared With Us. My Idea Is To Continue Develop This Robot As Multifunctional Arm Capable To Operate With Grippers, Pen, Laser Or Engraver, All What Can Attract Children To Learn And Hobby. Similar To Dobot Project. I Am Not Very Professional In Programming, Nevertheless, With The Help Of Thingiverse Society I Believe It Is Very Possible. Making This Arm I Found Minor Areas For Improvement And Want To Share My Efforts With The Other Followers As Well. As I Didn'T Find Enough 624Z Type Bearings And I Have Made Some Parts For 625Z Type. Making Some Trials I Modified Bearing Seats And Now Bearings Stay More Stable Better Oriented And No Glue Is Required. Just Heat Up The Part On The Hot Bed Of Your Printer At 50 Degree For Several Minutes And Then Quicly Press The Bearings Into. I Found Socket Design With Trusted Bearing Overengineered For This Capacity Of Robot And Redesigned The Bearings Seats In Order To Use Only 2 Standard Bearings. I Tested Modified Socket And It'S Working Fine Without Any Looseness. As Admitted In The Comments, The Belt Transmission Is More Precise, And I Modified Gear Wheels To Work With Gt2 Belt. In Fact You Don'T Need O-Type Belts As The Wheels Do Not Run Full Circle. So You Can Use Piece Of Gt2 Belt Tape And Fix The Belt Directly To The Wheel With The Help Of Super Glue. Just Find Middle Of Non Working Area And Glue Both Ends. The Testing Process Still Is In Progress. Some New Ideas May Be Come Up Later On Please Do Not Pay To Much Attention To The Steppers, I Used The Motors From My Old Printer And Arduino Car Just For The Testing Reasons, While The Ordered Nema17 And Mega Are In The Way. May Be I Will Leave The Arm On The Arduino Car For Future To Get One More Way Of Freedom Or Just For Fun:)
