80 mm fan bracket for MKS Gen2Z mainboard
Description
I'Ve Had The Cheap A4988 Stepper Drivers On My Sunhokey Prusa I3 Overheating From Time To Time. Made This In An Attempt To Remedy This Problem. The 12 V 80Mm Fan Is Plugged Directly Into One Of The 12 V Outlets On The Main Board. The Fan Starts As Soon As The Printer Is Powered. The Bracket Was A Quick Fix, It'S Not Very Sturdy. I Didn'T Have Any Long 3Mm Screws Lying Around, So The Back Plate Is A Bit Flimsy. It'S An Easy Push-Pull Operation If You Want To Fix It. The Diagonal Supports On The Sides Could Be Made Larger Too. If My Bracket Breaks, I'Ll Fix It And Update The File Here. But It Ain'T Broke Yet, So I Ain'T Fixing It. Update: If You, Like Me, Own A Sunhokey Prusa I3 With An Acrylic Chassis, Use The Sunhokey Fan Bracket, Not The Other One. The Sunhokey One Has A Cutaway That Allows The X-Carriage Fixture To Travel Through On It'S Way Up The Z-Axis. Don'T Ask Me How I Found Out This Was A Prudent Feature. Please Don'T.
