The Axis For The Floppy Mechanics Is 15Mm Long (Longer Than On 1541-Ii Models For C64) Best Printed In Abs To Be Strong Enough. Attention: The Inner Of The "Half-Moon" Has To Be Reworked To Fit Smooth, F.E. By Rotary Tool. Don'T Try To Push Or Force The Plug On The Floppy Mechanics - They May Get Damaged!!! Two Versions Of The Lock Exist: 1 Part Lock: Has To Be Printed With Support (More Than One Try May Be Needed To Get Good Results) 2 Parts Lock: Can Be Printed Without Any Support And Must Be Glued Together. Aceton Is A Perfect Glue For Abs Plastics.
