Touch Cube
Description
The Rubik’S Cube Is A 3-Dimentional-Combination Puzzle That Was Invented By The Architect Ernő Rubik In 1974. In His Classic Rubik’S Cube, There Consist Of Six Faces, Each Covered With A Different Solid Color: Yellow, Green, Orange, Blue, Red, And White. They Are Able To Swivel Independently Due To Internal Pivot Mechanisms, Allowing Individual Blocks Of Colors To Jumble And Mix. To Solve The Puzzle, Each Face Must Return To Their Original Solid Color. This Activity Enables The User To Be Dependent On The Visual Representation Of Colors On The Object To Solve The Puzzle. The Touch Cube Is An Add-On That Transforms The Individual Blocks Of The Puzzle Into 3-Dimentional Planes. It Explores The Tactile Nature Of A Rubik’S Cube Rather Than The Visual One And Bridges The Connection Between Sensory And Memory. It Can Be Played Under The Table, In The Dark, Or Behind Someone’S Back. Instead Of Relying On Sight, One Will Become Dependent On Touch To Solve The Touch Cube.
