Wanhao i3 V2 Extruder fan adapter for 50mm blower fan

Description

Edit: 5/30/17: I Had A Comment Recently From Teamteor Saying That He Had Done Some Tests Regarding The 40Mm Stock Fan Vs This Adapter. According To His Tests The Adapter Did Improve The Cooling On His Printer. I Still Don'T Have Any Of The Tools Needed To Measure Any Differences Myself, So I Just Have To Take His Word For It. Edit: 2/23/17: So A Short While Ago I Changed Over To Another Variation On This Adapter. So I Wanted To Show Off What Was Left Of The Dust Stuck Onto The Print From 4 Months Of Use. Now All The Lose Dust Is Gone By Now So All You Can See Is The Stuck On Dust. I Used My Phones Camera To Take Some Pictures So They Are Not Of The Best Quality. To Me This Is A Way To Prove Through Image That The Adapter Can Successfully Move Air As The Dust Was Pushed Through The Adapter By The Fan. Another Thing I Showed Was That I Recently Grabbed Some M4 Screws That Were 20Mm Long. The Normal Screws Were Just Long Enough To Work And The Countersunk Ones Were Just A Bit Too Short. Edit: 1/30/17: Well The Fans Game, Not Bearing The Same Label As The Pictures. They Also Don'T Seem That Great To Be Honest. Its Been Around 3 To 4 Months Since I Started Using A Blower Fan And The Printer Is Doing Great. Several Alternative Designs Have Also Appeared Meaning The Use Of Squirrel Fans Is Becoming More Common. Edit 1/9/17: I Found A Fan Bearing The Same Label As The One I Have Been Using For This Adapter On Ebay. I Order One To See If It Is Similar To The One I Have. I Will Update When I Get The Fan. This Is A Simple One Part Adapter, For A 50 Mm Blower Fan. This Allows You To Swap The Standard 40Mm Axial Fan With A 50Mm Blower Fan. I Started This Around Late October Of 2016 And Started Using It Early November. I Have Been Using My Printer For About 3 Weeks With This Mod And No Real Noticeable Change From The 40Mm Fan. I Have Included Two Models Currently, One Has Integrated Spacers And The Other Does Not. This Print Uses The Two Stock Screws That Held The 40Mm Fan On The Printer. The Print Forces Fan Orientation As Seen Above In The Pictures. I Recommend Grabbing A Fan That Can Provide A Lot Of Push. The Fan I Use Sadly Only Has 12 Volts Listed And No Amps Listed ( As Seen In The Pictures) I Ordered A 15 Amp For Testing, However I Got Stuck With A Bad Fan. It May Be Enough Flow, However I Could Not Do Proper Print Tests With It. I Recommend Watching Were You Get A Fan From As You Could Not Get What You Expected. Even Happen To Me While Trying To Find A Fan To Link For This Adapter. As For Screws I Just Used Some #8 Unc-32X1" Screws I Had Lying Around. Seems To Work Fine As A Replacement And Works With The Stock Cooling Fan And The Dii Cooler. I Provided Pictures Above Of Both Cooling Fans Mounted. These Are The Only Cooling Fans I Tried.
