Hatchbox Spool Roller
Description
I Frequently Change Filaments So I Wanted Something Quick And Easy. I Designed This Spool Roller For All Of My Hatchbox Filaments. It Is Very Smooth And Does A Nice Job Of Limiting Friction. Originally, I Printed The Bearing Sleeves In Pla, But After I Got Better With Flexible Filaments Decided To Do The Bearing Sleeves In A Ninjatek Cheetah Filament And It Works Even Better. Included Are The Base By Itself, 4 Bearings By Themselves, 1 Bearing By Itself, And The Entire Assembly (With The Exception Of The Bolts, Nut, And Washer.) I Used 1/4" Bolts That Were 1-1/4" In Length. I Used A 1/4" Washer On Each Side Of The Bolt Holes To Better Secure The Bolt Head And Nut. The Bearings Are 608Zz.
