Hi ! Here Is My Motor Guard Design. Those Have Been Tested And Approuved By A Lot Of Quadcopter Pilot. There Are Design To Protect 22Xx And 23Xx Motor And Feature An Active Cooling System To Cool Down Your Motors In Flight. I Believe That Motor Are More Efficient And Powerfull Is Keept Cool. There Is Also A Vortex Version If You Need To Have The Motor Wire Going Outward (Like On The Vortex). This Version Feature An Easier Mount (You Don'T Need To Desolder The Motor) And A Little Bumper To Protect The Wire ;) The Cooling System Have Been Tested During Summer In Corsica By A Friend Of Mine And He Attested That The Motors Where After Flight That Before ! Those Motor Guard Are Meant To Be Printed In Tpu (Best) Or Semi-Flex Or Even Ninja Flex (It'S A Little So Flexible But Will Still Work). You Need To Print Twice The Right And Left Left. Print It Without Support, 37% Infill, 5 Walls Perimeter (0.4Mm Nozzle), 5 Bottom Layers, 8 Top Layers, 0.2Mm Layer Height. Come On, Print It ! All Our 3D Designs Are Free To Download !
