Shopsmith Grease Guard for Quill (Greenie)
Description
I'M Restoring An Old Shopsmith Greenie From The 1950S. The Grease Guard That Helps Lubricate The Quill For The Main Drill Press/Drive Was All Cracked And Worn Out, So I Figured This Would Be A Good Application For My Printer At Home. I Replicated The Dimensions Of The Original, And My Printer Is Calibrated To High Tolerances - Yours May Need Scaling/Tweaking For This Fitted Part To Work Properly. I Used A Heat Gun To Slightly Warm The Plastic Before Putting It On The Shaft. If You'Re Printing In Abs, You'Ll Probably Want To Scale The Model Between 1-3%. This Is A Highly Specialized Part, But If Someone Can Use It, Hooray! Https://Youtu.Be/85Nobrkua0A
