A Simple Headstock Support For Stringed Instrument Maintenance. A Support Makes Winding Strings Easier. To Avoid Scratching The Back Of Your Instrument'S Neck While Using The Support, Glue A Piece Of Felt To The Support Or Lay A Small Towel Across It. The Three Screw Holes In The Base Take #8 Sheet Metal Screws. The Base Is 1/4 Inch Thick, So A Half Inch Screw Should Securely Mount The Support To Your Workstation.
