Anet A6 Dual MOSFET Holder

Anet A6 Dual MOSFET Holder

Description

I Received My Anet A6 And Ordered 2 Mosfets To Protect The Hotbed And The Hotend Power, But I Could Not Find A Support For 2 Mosfets, Only Single Ones. After Reviewing The Different Supports Made For The Anet A8 I Decided To Base My Design On The Anet A8 Mks Mosfet Mount By Mkantor (Http://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:1950023). I Modified It In Tinkercad And Exported The Stl File. The Mosfets Will Need To Be Screwed In With Tapping Screws As There Are No Holes In The A6 Frame To Use Standard Screws And Nuts And The Second Mosfet Hangs Off The Back In The Air. This Is The First Thing I Ever Modify/Create And It Is A Work In Progress. I Am Printing It As This Is Being Typed (Jan 3Rd 2017) And Will Update This With Any Needed Modifications And Comments. As Soon As It Is Printed I Will Post A Picture Of The Mount And Once Installed I Will Post A Pic Of That As Well. Seeing As It Is A Work In Progress And I Am A Total Noob At This, Please Let Me Know If There Is Something Wrong With The File. Edit 1 - Jan 4Th 2017: Printed The Support Successfully With A Raft And It Came Right Off With No Issues. The Part Is Very Nice, I Will Install It To Make Sure It Fits As It Should And Update Here. Edit 2 - Jan 4Th 2017: The Support Is Installed And Fits Perfectly. New Image Loaded To Show The Installed Support. Once The Mosfets Arrive I Will Install Them And Post Another Picture. Edit 3 - Jan 6Th 2017: I Received My Mosfets And They Are Smaller Than The Ones That Mkantor Used When He Created The Original Design That I Based Mine Off Of. The Problem Is That I Have Zero Skill In Cad And I Am Unable To Modify The Design To Make It Work With My Mosfets From Skynet3Dmods. Edit 4 - Jan 7Th 2017: After Finding Another Design That Allows For Separate Installation Above And Below The Board I Settled On Using That Design And A Remix I Made.
