These Are The Remixed Front Arms That Now Lay Flat On The Build Plate With Less Supports And Faster Print. I Removed The Short Pivot Pins And Replaced Them With A Through Hole On The Arm. The Pins Are Now Separate. There Are Two Pins, One With A Slot For Wires And One Without. You Can Use Either. There Is Also Two Different Arms. One Are Is Labeled "Nowasher". The Other Set Of Arms Is Labeled "Washer". The "Nowasher" File Still Has The Raised Area On The Bottom, Around The Pivot Pin As The Original Does.The "Nowasher" File Will Still Have A Step In The Support Which Could Cause Irregularities In That Area. The File Labeled "Washer" Has The Lower Raised Area Removed For A Easier Flat Print. If You Use The "Washer" File, You May Need A Shim Such As A Thin Phenolic Washer To Take Up The Small Gap Between The Arm And Main Body. This Would Also Reduce Wear. The "Washer" File Will Print Flat On The Pivot Area Support. I Have Not Printed This Yet. I Will Print And Test Fit In The Next Day Or So And Report Back. I Will Also Upload Photos Further Explaining The "Washer" Vs. "Nowasher" Arms. Update 11/01/2017: The "Washer" Arms Fit Great!!(Without The Added Washer!) The Pin Is About +/-1Mm Too Tall. I Just Sanded It Down Until It Fit Good When The Head Bottom Is Tightned Down To The Main Body. This May Differ From Print To Print As The Part Were The Pin Goes Into The Main Body Is Printed On A Support So Fluctuations In That Layer Is Possible Depending On The Support Infill You Use On The Main Body. I Will Upload Photos Soon. I Have Not Printed The "Nowasher" Version As I Am Pleased With The "Washer" Version Without The Washer Added. I Also Added The Landing Leg "Glue Piece" File.
