This Is A Simple 18650 Charge Pack I Made. I Had Bought Some Boost Usb Modules Which Turned Out To Be Pretty Rubbish At Charging My Phone. I Had Some Buck Converter (Step Down) Modules That Could Take The Higher Voltage Of Two 18650 Batteries And Bring It Down To 5V For Usb. This Is A Hack!, There Is Nothing Stopping The Voltage In The Batteries From Going Below Its Recommended Amount. There'S A Space Between The Cells To Fit Your Electronics. I Used Copper Tape (Slug Tape) To Make The Contacts Either Side Of The Batteries And Soldered My Wires To Them. My One Can'T Charge The Batteries But If You Find A Good Boost Converter (Step Up Module) And A Lipo Charger You Can Wire The Batteries In Parallel And Make A Powerbank. I Have To Remove My Batteries And Charge Them Separately In A 18650 Charger. The Case Parts Are Done As 0 Infill And If It Finishes With A Sealed Top You Would Need To Cut It Off With A Stanley Knife. I Did It On Low Resolution And It Looks Fine. Because There Is A Symmetry On The Bottom Case I Utilised This To Make A Switch Mechanism. Using An Off Centred Bit Of Copper Tape Inside The Bottom Case It Would Make A Circuit Only On One Rotation. Also, Although It Might Be A Little Messy, I Found That A Heated Craft Knife Can Be Used To Cut A Hole For The Usb Port. Be Careful! I Am Not Responsible For Any Injury Or Damage To Your Devices Ect.
