Description

Hi There, I Felt The Need To Draw And Redesign From Zero All Around The Hotend For My New Printer. So I Share Here With You A Complete Solution For The E3D V6, Volcano And Their Clones. While Its Inspired From Others Work, I Had To Think It Out And Do It Again Because Of Small Errors I Found, Adjust Volume And Direction Output Of Layer Fan, Not Rigid And Sturdy To My Liking And Most Of All Because All Designs Do Not Permit Exchanging The Heater To Volcano And The So Necessary Correction Of The Nozzle Of The Blower Fan Height. Another Reason Was The Inductive Probe. Most Popular Inductive Probes, And Cheapest Are M12X1 Threads. The Best If You Like To Be Light Weight Is M8X1 Proximity Sensor Threads Are Real M8X1 And 12X1 On Drawing And The Split Is So Its Easy To Fit. Possibly You Will Not Need Thread Locker As The Fit Is Tight. If You Need Some Size Adjustment , Different Probe Thread Or Whatever, Just Tell Me So, I Will Correct It. I Am Not Aware Who Originally Came With The Idea Of This Type Of Solution.
