Garden Hose to Shower (1/2" IPT) adapter

I Needed An Adapter From A Garden Hose To Shower (1/2" Ipt - Which Is The Standard Us Size) For My Jacuzzi Tub. I Could Not Find One. I Used The Adapter Below To Go From The Garden Tub Faucet To Garden Hose (Has A Quick Disconnect Feature), B/C I Could Not Find Something To Do What I Needed. I Used A Standard Garden Hose Gasket Inside This (There Are Even Some On Thingiverse That You Can Print Out If You Really Want To). Danco 1052 Snap Coupling: Https://Www.Amazon.Com/Gp/Product/B00Gp9G860/Ref=Oh_Aui_Detailpage_O01_S00?Ie=Utf8&Psc=1 This Printed Out Well For Me Upside Down On The Shower Fitting. Because I Printed It With Brim, I Had A Bit Of A Hard Time Getting It In The Shower Hose, So I Heated That Thread A Little Bit And It Went Right In. Unless You Are Very Confident With Your Printer'S Bridging Capabilities, Do No Print It With The Hose Side Down Or The Flat Surface Inside Where The Hose Washer Sits To Seal It Up Will Not Be Flat Enough To Seal Well. ------------------------- Edit ------------------------- A Year Later And This Thing Is Still Working Well Even With Almost Daily Use (Don'T Judge Me).
