Arcade Coindoor Lock Replacement with Credit Button
Description
Arcade Coin-Door Lock Replacement That Adds A Credit Button Without The Need To Drill A Hole In Your Game Or Hack Other Wires! When I Buy A Game, I Usually Remove The Locks Altogether. This Hasn'T Been Great When Toddlers Are Over, And I Have Had Mixed Success Adding Coin Wires To The Player 2 Buttons Or Other Use. Thanks To The Original Knurled Nut Design By Akira3Dp0, I Tweaked It To Suit My Needs And Designed A Simple Cam To Hold The Door Closed. I Used These Buttons With Marginal Success - Soldering Iron Would Melt The Plastic Quickly. Https://Www.Amazon.Com/Gp/Product/B00Ojzpmd2 30Mm Bolt Works Great For Most Bally/Midway Games. The 50Mm Bolt Seems To Work Better With Pinball. [For Best Results] * After Printing, Hand-Thread The Knurled Nut To The Bolt A Couple Times To Ensure A Good Fit. Then Solder 2 Wires To The Button, Pass The Wires Through The Bolt, Then Use Hot-Glue To Both Insulate The Connections And Hold The Button To The Bolt. * Remove All Nuts And Parts From The Previous Lock. All You Need Is The Bolt, The Nut, And The Cam. You Might Want To Hot Glue Or Superglue The Cam To Keep It From Moving Once You Install Everything. * Attach The Wires To The Coin Credit Switch, And You'Re All Set!
