This Is A Holder / Clip For Attaching Tiny Micro Usb To Usb C Adapters To Usb Cables. I Use Some Micro Usb Cables For Charging And Data Connections To Both Micro Usb And Usb C Devices And, With The Adapter Being So Tiny, I Needed A Way Of Attaching The Adapter To The Usb Cable When It'S Not In Use. I Created This Model For The Adapters Made By Anker, But It May Fit Similar Adapters - Please Let Me Know If It Does. This Holder Is Designed For A Tight Fit. (I Want This Holder/Clip To Not Get Lost.) You May Need To Trim Any Excess Plastic From The Inside Of The Holder For It To Fit Onto The Adapter. For The Adapters I Have, It Is Easier To Slide The Holder Onto The Adapter From The Usb C End. It Becomes A Very Tight Fit Near The Micro Usb End. As Well, You May Have To Flex The Cable Clip A Bit Before It Will Easily Snap Onto A Usb Cable. I Use Needle Nose Pliers To Gently Flex Each Side A Tiny Amount When A Holder Is Newly Printed. I'Ve Included A Simple Tool To Help Remove The Holder And Protect The Usb C End Of The Adapter. To Use The Tool, Put The Usb C End Of The Adapter Into The Slot In The Tool And Push The Adapter Downwards. Easy. :-) The Tool Is Designed To Ensure That The Pressure Is Placed On The Plastic Part Of The Adapter And Not On The Metal (And Fragile) Usb C End.
