Fixed Single/Double cooling fan with Effector hook mounts

I Remixed This Fan Shroud Because The Original Remixer Didn'T Respond To A Comment That He Had A Bug. If You Print This For One Fan, It Retains Little Blocks That Are Required When You Have Two Fans - To Stop One Fan From Back-Feeding Into The Other, But When It Was Remixed Into A Single Fan Shroud, The Blocks Were Left In So That Only Half Of The Lower Ring Feeds. I Have Also Added Two Partially Parametric Hooks Which Are Meant To Let This Device Hang From An Effector That Does Not Have A Wade Mount.. Couple Days Later I Realized That I Had Uploaded Testing Parameters, Not Anything That Might Actually Work, So I Re-Uploaded It All. So, I Fixed Two Bugs In The Code, Wrote A Tiny Bit Of My Own Code, And Finallygot The Version I Wanted To Have Printed. My Two 30Mm Fans Were Attached I Installed It...And Every Time I Tried To Use The Cooling Fan The Printer Freaked, It Noted That It Was Heating The Hotend, But The Hotend Seemed To Be Cooling And That Could Be A Runaway. It Aborted And Shut Everything Down. I Had To Power Down To Recover, M999 Would Not Work. What Was Happening Was That The Blower Was Just Plain Too High. It Was Blowing On The Hot Block, Not On The Print. I Thought About Fixing This. It Would Require A Lengthening Of The Central Body Of, Well, Maybe A Cm. The Fan Should Stay Where It Is (Meaning That It Should Not Be Lowered Maybe It Should Be Raised And Angled, And There Should Be A Slot In The Blower Ring For The Wires For A Two Fan Setup It Should Replace One Of The Blocks That I Ifed Out (And It Can'T Just Be A Cut, It Has To Be Shaped And Blocks In The Blower Ring Have To Be Installed. Maybe A Cylinder In A Cyinder For A Single Fan System, It Has To Be A Cut Through The Wade Mount Helper Hole Opposite The Fan, And The Blocks To The Delivery Tube Can'T Block The Wade Mount And The Wade Mount Should Not Block The Wire Exit. This Implies That This Drawing Has To Be Done After The Wade Mount Helper Tunes Are Drawn, Which Would Be Very Late In The Draw. Ok, But I Don'T Want To Do That Now - And I Don'T See This As Useful As Long As It Is Constrained To Blow On The Hot Block. I Am Going To Try Something Else.
