Folger FT-5 Z Induction/BLTouch Sensor

Folger FT-5 Z Induction/BLTouch Sensor

Description

This Is A Remix /Meshmixer Of Two Uploads. Run Ft-5_Z-Bed_Gap.Gcode From An Sdcard After You Have Preheated Your Bed An Nozzle In Order To Set Your Gap. What I Normally Do Is Run Ft-5_Z-Bed_Gap.Gcode And Put A Piece Of Paper Under The Nozzle And Let It Set For 15 Minutes After The First Iteration. After 15 Minutes Pull The Sdcard Out And Reinsert It To Stop The Print. Then Run It Again To Set The Gap. I Do This Before Every Print To Get Best Results. My Gap Is Normally Set Once I Can Get The Paper To Slide Between The Nozzle And The Bed With Just A Little Drag. Bltouch: You Will Need Two M3 Screws Long Enough To Reach Bottom. The Holes Should Be Tapped So You Can Secure The Bltouch In Fixture. As You Can Notice From The Pictures There Is Not Enough Room For Nuts At The Bottom. Using An M3 Screw The Length Of The Fixture Should Be Sufficient To Hold It In Place. When You Tighten Down The Screw Only Tighten It A Little Bit After You Make Contact With The Bltouch As Not To Strip The Plastic. I Printed The Part With 100% Infill And I Recommend You Do As Well.
