Lufkin 4 in Measuring Wheel - Replacement Wheel

I Use A Lufkin 4" Measuring Tape Wheel From Time To Time For My Job And Recently One Of The Wheels Broke Clean Off. A Couple Of Measurements, Some Time In Tinkercad And Then A Few Hours On The Printer And I Now Have A New Wheel. I Choose To Split The Wheel Into Two Pieces For Printing And Then Connected Them Via Pvc Glue. The Thought Was To Eliminate The Need For Supports So All Flat Printing Was Face Down. The New Wheel Is Stronger Than The Old. I Used Abs Filament At 20% Fill With Honeycomb. A Couple Of Strokes With A Round File At The Hub Connecting Points And It Slid Right Onto The Axle.
