Flex Box (Wooden box with living hinge) - Smaller, for 3x4" name badges

Description

I Resized The Design To Be A Bit Smaller, To Nicely Fit 3"X4" Custom Name Tags. I Also Changed The Colors And Stroke In The Illustrator File To Match Techshop'S Laser Cutter Setting. I Cut It On 1/8" (3Mm) Birch Plywood. I Put The Wood Back Through The Laser Cutter A Second Time To Etch On The Inside Of The Top As Well. I Then Sanded It And Glued It Together. To Keep The Box Closed, I Put Elastic Through The Holes And Hand-Stitched The End Of The Elastic Together.
