Raise3D Clip for spoolholder
Description
This Is A Useful Little Thing For 750 G Spools On Raise3D Printers. When Using 750 G Filament Spools There'S A Problem With Filament Being Trapped Between The Printer And The Filament Spool When The Alternating Push-Draw Makes The Filament Come Off The Spool. The Filament Is Occasionally Pushed Back When The Printerhead Travels From Far Away From Spool To Close To The Spool. There'S Then A Risk That The Filament Jams And Get Stuck And Eventually Breaks When The Extruder Pulls. This Happened For Me As Well, When I First Got The Printer And Used Other Filaments Than The Large 1 Kg Spool From Raise3D. Some Solve This Problem By Adding A Guide Tube From The Extruder To The Printers Top Plate, But That'S Not Necessary, - This Little Clip, That Serves To Keep The Smaller Spools Very Close To The Printer, Solves The Problem Perfectly. Never Had Issues With Filament Coming Off The Spool After Starting To Use This Clip. The Clip Prints Without Supports, As Support Is Built-In. You Have To Break Away The Small Taps In The Slot.
