Suzuki VZR1800 aka M109R tachometer relocation case
Description
This Is A 3D Printable Case For Suzuki Boulevard M109R / Intruder Vzr1800 Motorcycle Tachometer, To Relocate It Into Headlight Cover. Newer Versions Have This As Standart, But Mine Is Older And Has The Tachometer On The Handlebar. I Did Not Want To Ruin The Original Tachometer Case, Which Would Require Cutting, So I Designed My Own. Printed It With Pla And Put It On As It Is For Now, Without Any Sanding/Painting. You Will Need A 1Mm Thick Acrylic Glass. Cut The Back Panel Of The Headlight Cover To Accomodate This Case And Seal It With Some Sealant To Prevent Moisture From Getting Into The Case. I Used White Sealant In The Beginning Because I Had It Laying Around, But My Next Version Will Be Sanded And Sealed/Painted Fully In Black. Update: I Added A Socket Version Having A Breather, To Prevent The Tacho From Fogging Up. If You'Ve Already Printed The Previous Version Then You Have To Reprint Just The Socket, No Need To Print All The Files, The Rest Haven'T Been Changed.
