The Glass Bed Made A Massive Difference To The Quality Of My Prints. There Are Plenty Of Corners Available Out There But I Needed A Solution That Wouldn’T Catch The Nozzles As They Move To The Home Axis Or Return To The Bed. This Corner Clip Is Designed To Sit Flush With The Surface Of The Glass Bed Thus Preventing Nozzle Crash, It Grips Onto The Glass Plate Using The Radius Of The Bevelled Plate Edge (No Good If You Cut Your Own) Typically What You Need Are Pre-Cut Borosilicate Glass Plates That You Can Buy From Any Popular Online Market Place. The Corner Clips Are Slightly Narrower Than 90 Degrees So They Can Be Slightly Tensioned By Hand Onto The Glass For Better Grip And The Curvy Outer Edges Not Only Minimizes Scrapes And Scratches To Your Hands While Working Around The Bed But The Shape Strengthens Its Structure While Under Tension. Once Printed The Corners Are Placed Directly Over The Existing Bolts On Each Corner Of The Bed, There Is No Need To Undo The Nuts, There Is Sufficient Length On The End Of The Threaded Bolt For The Corner Clips And The Extra Nut To Fit In Place. You Will Need To Get 4X M3 Nuts.
