Description
These Are Two Part Inserts That Can Be Put In Place Of 608 Bearings In Fidget Toys. The Inserts Are Designed To Hold Either A 5/8”(16Mm) Marble Or A 9/16" Loose Ball Bearing. The Marbles Do Not Have As Much Mass As A 608 Bearing Or The 9/16" Ball, They Can Usually Be Found For Cheaper Than Loose Bearings. Avoid Marbles Intended For Decorations As It’S Not Uncommon For Them To Be Egg Shaped. Using Abs For The Frame And Inserts Works Best As All Three Parts Can Be Easily Welded Together Using Acetone. Other Materials Can Be Used, But A Two Part Epoxy Will Be Needed To Hold Them Inserts In Place And This Method Will Not Be As Strong.
