No Drill Monoprice MP Select Mini GT2 Y Tensioner
Description
Inspired By Burner'S Belt Tensioner(Http://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:2204265), This One Does Not Use Zipties Or Need To Drill/Tap Any Holes. Using Zipties To Pinch The Belt In Place Prevents Full Print Bed Movement Pulls Unevenly On The Belts, Increasing Tension. Installation: Parts Are Oriented To Have Adjustment On The Rear Of The Printer, With The Front Being Clipped In Place. Static Belt Clip: When Tensioned Down This Doesn'T Move, But Can Be Additionally Held In Place With A 3/4" Wide Binder Clip With The Arms Removed. Brace/Slider: Use 8 Or 10Mm M3 Screws With Nuts On The Inside To Hold The Brace Down. Insert A 25Mm Or Longer M3 Screw In The Horizontal Hole To Mate With The M3 Nut On The Slider. Printed In Petg, 4 Shells, 70% Infill. May Need To Clear Out Holes To Make Screws Fit. I Used 6Mm Gt2 Belt, It Might Need To Be A Little Longer Than The Stock Belt. Parts Needed: 2X M3 8Mm 1X M3 25Mm 3X M3 Nut
