The Overall Goal Of The Superwomen Inc. Fidget Spinner Was To Create A Resolution To The Problem Of Inattention And High Stress In Female Students In Stem Education. By Using The Fidget Spinner Toy, Students Would Be Able To Build Technical Confidence And Become More Driven And Increased Their Interest In Engineering (And Other Related Stem Fields). This Fidget Spinner'S Target Audience Is Towards Female Students At The Dayton Early College Academy Prep School (Deca) And Other Dayton College Preparatory Schools. It Is The Superwomen Inc.'S Hope To Support And Empower The Young Female Students At Deca, To Decrease Negative Stress And Increase Motivational Stress In The Deca Learning Environment And To Increase The Student’S Cognitive And Strategic Productivity. After The Reaching The Goal, Superwomen Inc. Wants To Expand Its Audience. However, Serving The Dayton Community Is The Company'S First Priority Because The Team Is Based In Dayton, Oh.
