HEPA Fume / Exhaust Fan w/ Filter
Description
Had A Few Messages On What I Used To Power The Cabinet As Well As The Led And Fans. This Is What I Used And It Has Worked Well. Http://Amzn.To/2Wnfhuy I Wanted A Filter To Fit What I Needed On My In Progress Ikea Lack Prusa Enclosure. I Plan On Mounting This To The Top Of The Enclosure To Help Cool And Clean Any Abs Or Other Fumes. I Will Post Some Follow Ups Once The Enclosure Is Done And The Mk2S Arrives. Holes Are 3Mm Threaded, I Used A Grommet I Had Laying Around Not Sure What You Will Needs Depends On What Fan You Use As Well. But Home Depot Is A Good Source For Different Sizes And Needs. The Fan Pushes A Ton Of Air But The Hepa Filter Slows The Air Flow Down A Great Deal; I Might Just Opt For A Carbon Filter Mesh And Cut It To Size. The Filter Is Press Fit, The Fan Is As Well And Doesn'T Require Any Fasteners- There Is A Stop On The Inside For The Fan To Bottom Out Against As Well. Print Time: Took About 12-13 Hours For The Main Body And 1-2 Hours Each For The Grills. However I Printed Mine At .15 With A 15% Infill On The X-One. Inspiration For Enclosure Came From Http://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:2150826 Also The Fan Shrouds It Included. Good Work All The Way Around.
