The Model Is Designed To Be Cut In 1 Mm Plastic Sheet, The Openings On The Pieces Have This Dimension, So If You Want To Cut It On A Thicker Material You Will Have To Scale The Model Up, I Would Used A 1/32 2 Flutes Flat Milling Bit To Cut It On My Zentoolworks 7X7. For 3D Printing A Well Calibrated Flat Hot Bed It A Most. I Have Attached The .Dwg File With All The Flat Pieces For Cnc Routing, A .Stl File For 3D Printing And A .Stl Of The Completed Model.
