Description

The Slightest Of Remix Of The Bed Mount Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:1915486/#Files Ok Didnt Plan On Doing This Update But Saw A Way To Gain More Clearance Just In Case. Frame Mount The Frame Mount Still May Change As I Got A Slight Warp In The Printing And I Now Have A Measurement To Modify Tabs Just Like I Did On The Bed Mount Went From 1Mm Clearance Of Hot End Passing Over Chain To Between 6Mm And 8Mm By Extending The Mount 3 Chain Lengths Out And Removing Those Links. I Left The Entire Bottom Open So Those Of You That Clipped The Chains Dont Need To Rewire Tho Im Getting Pretty Good At It Myself. Again You Need To Fix Manifold Issue With Quick Fix When I Get A 100% Im Not Gonna Do Anything Else To It I Will Recreate The Whole Thing From Scratch Since My Cad Will Not Create A Solid Of The Original File For Some Reason. Bed Mount Added A Slight Angle To Top Of Area That Connects To The Cable Chain Thus Causing The Chain To Not Be Able To Arch Enough To Come Into Contact With Hot End. I Actually Found That I Could Prevent This By Adding A Spare M4 Washer In The Link At The Mount But Did Not Want To Leave It Like That Because It Pushed Outwards Causing A Rub Of Frame. So Took The Dimensions And Added It To The Upper Portion Only So The Travel Was Prevented Evenly. My Cad Program Did Not Like The Original Files And Would Not Allow Me To Make The Object Manifold. It Allowed Me To Attach The Additions But Not Make It One Piece Just Click Fix In Repetier Or Which Ever Program You Use To Auto Fix. For Those Who Still Wanting More Clearance And Be Sure You Cannot Hit Hot End Consider Using The Mirror Feature And Mounting It On The Right Side Of The Machine Instead.
