So Instead Of It Pouring Out The Other End, It Overflows Where The Funnel Is. Kind Of Like When You Are Pouring Coffee And This Russian Supermodel Comes In And Your Cup Overflows. And You Burn Your Hand. Its The Same With The Perpetual Wheel By Richmac (The Featured One). Gravity Pulls Down At The Balls Stopping It From Turning. Law Of Conservation Of Mass States That Matter Can Be Changed From One Form Into Another, Mixtures Can Be Separated Or Made, And Pure Substances Can Be Decomposed, But The Total Amount Of Mass Remains Constant. Energy Has Mass If You Didn'T Know. You Can Never Truly Create Mass Or Delete It. It Will Come From Somewhere Or Go Somewhere.
