portafilter spout (single + double)

portafilter spout (single + double)

Description

This Is A Single Spout For The Gastroback Advanced Pro G Portafilter (Also Available As Breville Bes 860 And Several Other Names) Designed To Replace The Double Spout That Ships With The Machine. I'Ve Optimized The Flow For A Smooth, Bubble-Free Output Without Splashing And Stuff. Works Quite Nice And Should Fit Any Portafilter With A M16 Fine-Pitch Thread (Din 13-5) Outlet. I Recommend To Print It In A Food-Safe And High-Temp Material Such As ~~Bdp (Green-Tec) From Extrudr~~ Ultem 9085, Some Nylons Or Ht-Petg. Doesn'T Need Any Support ~~But Make Sure You'Re Using A Proper Part-Cooler For The Overhang Sections~~ (Works Fine Without Fan Now). Here'S A Video Of The Spout In Action: Https://Media.Giphy.Com/Media/Cpzpmkf48Ceco/Giphy.Gif Edit: I Just Changed The Thing To Make It Easier To Print (Without Fan For High-Temp Materials) And Produce Less Bubbles. This Latest One Was Printed In Ultem 9085 Because These Made Of Green-Tec (+Pro) Didn'T Last All Too Long. Editedit: The One Made Of Ultem Was Leaking Due To Some Inaccuracys On The Print, So I'Ve Made Some Further Tests. Nylon (Polymaker Copa) Didn'T Last For 2 Weeks And Currently I'M Running Out Of Materials Which Is Why I Half-Jokingly Tried Recycled Pet (Filamentive Onepet) Which Surprisingly Makes A Good Impression. Because There'S No Glycole In This Pure Pet, The Thermomechanical Properties Differ A Bit From Petg And It'S Possible To Anneal The Part (~140°C/2H And Cooling Down For ~6H) For Even More Stiffness + Temp. Resistance. The Pictures Of The Blueish Outlet Show The Difference Between Virgin (Translucent) And Annealed (Opaque) Part. Editeditedit: Due To Request I Made A Double Spout (Rev. 31).
