Once It Slows Down, When Spinning Vertically, They Drop Down Again And Make Nice, Clickery Sounds. Spinning Horizontally Is Silent - Depending Only On The Bearing You Use In The Middle. Assembly: Fill One To Three Balls In Each Arm And Push Bearing In The Middle. It'S An Easy Fit, Due To The Open Arms. Once I Had My Bearing Fine, I Secured It With A Drop Of Super Glue.
