Multi Head Calibration

Multi Head Calibration

Description

If You Have Purchased An Ord Solutions - Mh3000R1/Rova3D Multi-Extruder Printer Then You Will Need To Determine The Exact Nozzle Offsets So That All The Parts Of A Print Will Meet At Their Edges. This Is How You Would Do That. You Will Probably Only Need The Amf File But The Stl'S Are Included For Completeness. First Slice The Amf File With The Default Offsets For The Mh3000R1/Rova3D. Then Print The Resulting Gcode File. Once Printing Is Complete Wait For It To Cool. Then Remove From The Print Bed. This Will Prevent Distortion. The Tabs Are Ordered From Left To Right 2,3,4,5. Part 1 Is The Outside Frame And Was Printed With Extruder/Nozzle 1. Measure The Gap For E2. Calculate The New X/Y Offsets And Put Them Into Slic3R. Do This For E3, 4, And 5. Re-Slice The Amf File. Then Print The New Gcode File. Repeat Until The Tabs Are Perfectly Centered, On The X And Y, In The Slots. Http://Www.Ordsolutions.Com
