Kossel Mini Magnetic Diagonal Rod Calibration Jig

Description

First Off, Let Me Please Ask That If You Like These Designs And Find Them Useful Please Do Like, Follow And Share My Content. And If You Have Any Ideas Or Concepts To Modify The Content I Would Love To Hear! These Parts Are Jigs Designed To Aid In Adjusting The Length Of The Diagonal Rods With A 10Mm Steel Ball Mounted At The Ends. The Diagonal Rods Are Used In The Kossel Mini Magnetic Joint Upgrade I Have Designed ( Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:2343169 ) And Simplify The Setup Calibration Process Necessary To Have The Magnetic Joint Setup Work Properly As Designed. Just Mount The Parts To The Aluminium Extruded Profile On Your Printer Using Some 4Mm Bolts And T-Nuts (Or Whatever You Can Make Do With), Adjust The Length Of The Rod To The Correct Length And Then Glue The Threads In Place With Either Some Permanent High Viscosity Thread Locking Compounding Or Some Cyanoacrylate (Superglue). I Have Also Added Variants Of The Two Parts That Allows For The Pieces To Be Mounted In The Same Location During The Entire Diagonal Rod Calibration Process. The 10Mm Ball Ends Simply Clip Into Place And Allow For Them To Be Adjusted Accordingly, Removed, And Then Another Adjusted Within The Same Jig Setup/Location. For Calibrating One Diagonal Rod At A Time, Print Of Two Of The Single Cup Pieces. For Calibrating All At One Given Point In Time, Print Two Of The Six Cup Pieces. Note: Some Extra Care Is Necessary When Calibrating With The Six Cup Pieces. It Is Straightforward Though And Simple To Do :) Be Sure To Check Out The Remix Offered By Linkerklinker Here Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:2753434 A Neat Modification To The Design That Works Really Well.
