I Always Felt That An Axial Fan Was Not A Good Solution For Cooling My E3D V6 And None Of The Available Radial Fan Adapters Appealed To Me. Most Were Just A Mix And Match Collection Of Adapters That Were Ugly And Positioned My Fan Poorly. So I Came Up With This. It Keeps The Mass Close To The Extruder And X-Axis To Minimize Shake Induced Vibration While Drastically Improving Air Flow To The Hot-End Heat Sink. It Prints As A Single Piece That Fits Firmly In Place Over Your Extruder, All You Will Need Is A 5015 Blower And 2 M3 Mounting Screws. Assembly Is As Easy As Sliding It Over Your Hot-End And Mounting Your Fan. I Printed This In Petg With Supports From The Build Surface Only, The Print Should Be Oriented So That All Airflow Paths Are Horizontal During The Printing Process. There Is Some Bridging Involved But It Printed Well For Me On The First Go.
