Update- I Made Changes To The Mounting Tabs On Both Standard And Extended Hoppers. So They Fit A Little Better. This Hopper Will Allow You To Dispense Anything Granular From A Drone. This Particular Hopper Is Designed For The Dji S1000. It Can Be Used For Fire Ant Poison Or Fertilizer Application. You Will Need A Continuous Rotation Servo To Drive The Auger. In My Case I Used A Hitec Hs-645Mg Metal Gear Servo. I Converted It To Continuous Rotation. You Can Follow This Simple Tutorial Here To Do It Yourself Http://Www.Instructables.Com/Id/Converting-Micro-Servos-For-Continuous-Rotation/. The Servo Horn Will Need To Be Trimmed To Fit The Auger Dogs. You Can See This In The Pictures. I Am Using A Arduino Nano For Accurate And Repeatable Dispenses. You Can Just Plug The Servo Directly To The Receiver If You Wanted To Operate It Manually.
